More Than Enough: An Optimistic Thank You to Chvrches and Princess Lauren Mayberry

I first saw Scotland's Chvrches live at the Bayou Music Center in downtown Houston. I love this song, and the emotion the lovely and talented Princess Lauren emotes during this performance at the Pitchfork Music Festival in Chicago.

Here's my optimistic side coming through: It may take more time than any of us want to wait, but I think eventually we're going to find that all your effort and support was enough. More than enough. I appreciate the contributions of Chvrches and the great time I had at your show. Thank you.

From London's Fire Alarms to My Next International Flight: Princess Ellie Goulding Sings "We're Gonna Let It Burn"

The location of my next international endeavor has already been selected. The airline and hotel accommodations are booked. The timing? Later this year.

Do these trips really have meaning outside of several days of sightseeing for one person? Could there be a greater impact?

We had some really trippy people on the airplane. Who were those mysterious airplane men? We had a fire alarm that evacuated my entire multi-story hotel—including a party being held in a conference room downstairs—out onto the street one evening while the fire department rushed in to save us from potential flames. I spent a night that I'll never forget in King's Cross at Egg London. I saw Big Ben. I took a ride on a magical boat down the Thames River.

With the help of Princess Ellie Goulding, we look back tonight on my remarkably special jaunt overseas to visit London.

Are they ready for another airplane to land in Europe? Watch the incredible video and decide for yourself.

Princess Rihanna Steps On Saturday Night Live Stage To Make Definitive Statement In Warrior Camouflage

So many big hits to feature here on the blog and so little time. Here's another great performance on NBC's Saturday Night Live that helped permanently etch our efforts in American (and worldwide) lore.

Rihanna, one of the mainstream artists I proudly posted early on in the quest for love, stepped on the Saturday Night Live stage to make a definative statement in Princess warrior camo green. This perfomance was less about discovery and more about cultural coronation, offering a high-profile victory lap where she could showcase her love and evolution while delivering a definitive, career-defining spectacle for millions. And I'm so proud of her.

Let's fly together, angel. Let's see the world. Perhaps you have ideas on where we could go. I'd love to hear them. In the meantime, know that I adore you and I'm looking forward to those incredible days together.

To Princess Rihanna: No weapon fired at your home is going to prosper. Carry on, sweatheart. Thank you.

My Gorgeous Sweetheart Encourages Princess Warriors Everywhere To Sing Their Lovely Songs

Are you watching all this and wondering if you should do what you already know you should do? Here's a hint: Sing. Get into the studio and declare love. Declare truth. Declare an end to injustice. Sing!

My angel's been through a lot. She's been through more than I would ever have wanted to ask her to endure. But I'm in love with her. And I'm proud of her.

I really dig Ladytron's sound. Houston dates? We'll see you later.

Lovely GFM Princess Warriors Take Refuge In The Mighty Castle, Wondering Why We Waited So Long

I know how you feel about all the horrible things going on in our world right now, but how do you feel about hot Christian zombie weirdo cheerleaders? I'm pretty much okay with that as well, if I'm being perfectly honest.

Where does the Princess go to find shelter? Who is her strong tower? The Princess warriors from GFM decided a great castle was the most appropriate place for a Princess to await rescue. Little did they know, my heart still longs for their prettiness.

And, my heart is still beating, angel. This isn't over. Don't point your finger at those who you feel ignored us when we needed them the most. Who cares? They are absolutely powerless when the Master gets involved.

Thank you. Back into the studio, my dear.

Hamburg's VNV Nation Records Live Concert Video At Mammoth European Music Festival. How Long Does This Last?

For the past 26 years, roughly 25,000 alternative music fans from around the world have converged annually on Flugplatz Hildesheim-Drispenstedt in Hildesheim, Germany. The venue, a former British Army airbase, hosts the Mera Luna Festival, one of the largest events of its kind in Europe.

When electronic/industrial music titans VNV Nation stepped on that stage to film a live concert video entitled "Reformation 01," we had no idea what to expect.

I've been lucky enough to see this band twice over the years, once at the Meridian in downtown Houston, and then several days later at the legendary Glass House in Pomona just outside Los Angeles. I look forward to a possible third show someday. Wishing Ronan a speedy, full recovery from surgery.

Tonight, VNV Nation answers a very important question that I know many of you watching all these incredible videos have wondered among yourselves: How long will all this last?

Ladies and gentlemen, this is "Perpetual."
